Jeffrey E. Boyd

Jeffrey Boyd is an associate professor of computer science at the University of Calgary. His research interests include computer vision and sonification with applications to training athletes, interactive art, and sound and music computing. He and his students have produced audio feedback systems for training speed skaters, computer systems for composing music, augmented reality systems for museums, and numerous interactive art installations. Jeffrey holds a PhD in computer science from the University of British Columbia, and a BSc and Msc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary.
